Summer Fling

The sand is soft to the feet. The beach is quiet now. There were just some small traces of the party that was held earlier. They knew that the time to part has come. They knew that what they have has to end.

He didn’t know what to say to her. He has decided that this is the perfect moment to let her go. He knew that heA has to make the decision for her. He knows her too well. He knows that their affair will not stop unless he leaves her. He knows that she doesn’t have the courage to leave her boyfriend. And he has made the decision for both of them.
He knows that he can never have her fully.
Never like before.

She doesn’t want it to end. She has a boyfriend waiting back home, she knows that what she is doing is not right. She knows that she might hurt a lot of people, but there is also one thing she knows for certain, She loves him. She loves him enough to want to leave her boyfriend of two years. She loves him enough to stand by him. And although it is very uncharacteristic of her, she has made a decision.
She has made the decision to love him fully.
Just like before.

He tells her that he has to leave her. He tells her that he does not love her anymore. He tells her that what they have together is a mistake. He tells her all of these because he believes that what he is doing is right. Although it hurts him so much to say those things, he knows that he is just a distraction for her.
He will not be selfish.
Not this time.

She cannot believe what she’s hearing. She doesn’t want to believe him. All the times they spent together that made her happy beyond belief cannot be a mistake. She wants to tell him of her decision. Maybe she could persuade him to change his mind. But she doesn’t want to push herself to
someone who doesn’t want her.
She doesn’t want to be selfish.
Not this time.

The sand is soft to the feet. The beach is quiet now. All
traces of the party earlier were gone. They part, going different directions. Both wanting to look back and yet not doing so. Both wishing they could be together and yet not having the courage to turn back. They knew that what they have has ended.

Summer Outing

Went to White Rock in Subic for our Summer Outing and Team Building. It was my first time in a beach for the year (how pathetic).

We just woke up (Tita Nora, Berna, Me, Miss Jelle, E.Chan, and Miles)

Celebrating our 32nd Month Together

We were planning to go out and visit the park and have a nice dinner to celebrate our 32nd month together. The day falls on a Saturday and it was a long weekend because of the national elections so the timing couldn't be more perfect. We never expected that we would be spending it in a hospital instead.

I won't go into all the boring details of why Mac was confined in the hospital. He's recovering now and we would be able to do our plans next week. It would be his birthday also next week so I'm thinking of something special to do. Last year, I decorated our room with birthday stuff so I don't know what I'll be doing now. =)

Anyway, even if we were in the hospital and his operation hurt like hell and I had to be his constant "alalay", it was still fun. I was always playing with the different gadgets inside our hospital room in Medical City. I specially had fun playing with the bed (raising it up and down again) hehe. It's just that I wasn't able to sleep much since nurses were always coming in the room almost every hour. But all in all, it was still an experience I wouldn't soon forget.

We're still having fun, All smiles for the camera!!!!

He seems awfully happy for someone who's sick. =)

New Stuff

Mac has wanted to buy a new phone ever since his Nokia 6680 got stolen at work. He's been using my old 8830 phone which looks like its about to give up on him very soon. The battery just dies for no reason, the phone clock just stops, whenever he'd send messages once, I'd recieve it three sometimes four times.

So since he needed a more decent phone I bought a new phone so I could give him the Nokia 6680 that I am using. Labo no? =) You see, I won't allow him to buy a phone unless he saves enough money to buy something that's important to the both of us. So since I am the one who has spare cash, I bought the phone that he likes (but of course I am still the one who uses it, and he gets to use it every now and then, hehe).

We bought this Nokia E65. And we're both happy with it. It's small enough to fit in the pocket of my shirt-jack. It has wi-fi which is very useful whenever I travel. Basically, it has everything I need.

So what else is new? Well, the renovation in our townhouse is finally finished. I have some pictures of the whole house but unfortunately it's in my other phone which is with Mac so I can't post what it looks like now. But it looks a lot better than before. The walls of my bedroom is still so bare. I don't know what to put in them, my mom suggests to put a painting or a picture but I kinda like it clean. I only had a small bookcase put in one corner and that's it.

Here's the only picture I have right now, a picture of my bed:

Also finished God of War 2. And I'm currently helping Mac finish it too. He's good at the combat parts and I'm good at figuring out the puzzles. =) He was playing the whole weekend and I was getting bored so I just kept on being a pest. =)

This is him so concentrated on defeating the huge rock man and managing to not fall into the floor of lava!!!! haha
He looks soooo serious it almost seem like he's mad!!!! Can't even smile for my picture. haha
