Food Review: Milky and Sunny

Another great breakfast place to visit in the Kapitolyo, Pasig area is Milky and Sunny.

The interiors are cute and quirky.

The food is also good. I specially liked the Bananarama Pancake

Kony 2012

There is an ongoing viral campaign right now regarding a rebel in Uganda who abducts Children.

Find out more about this from Kony 2012 Campaign .

And although this campaign is mostly in the US, I was surprised to find this posted in a pole in Eagle St. Pasig going to C5 one morning.
Wow. Filipinos taking part and making a stand

The power of the Internet is really amazing.

Food Review: BBQ Chicken

BBQ Chicken is a South Korean Fastfood chain. And surprise surprise, this is already available here in the Philippines.

BBQ Chicken's tagline is that it is Korea's no. 1 Chicken Restaurant.

I tried their original BBQ Chicken while Mac ordered the Crispy Chicken.

The Verdict: It was okay. Nothing to really rave about but I will surely go back.

One interesting thing we saw in the menu was the colpop. It's like chicken nuggets placed atop soda. Convenient specially if you're watching a movie. Too bad the location is not within a mall. But I'm sure someone will soon franchise this.

BBQ Chicken is located in Pearl Ave. in the building right across UA&P. It is on the 2nd floor (previously where 6UG is).
Price/Meal ranges from 150 - 250.

Yabu: House of Katsu

I am not really a fan of  raw food like Sushi and other raw Japanese food.

But I love the Katsudons, Udons and Yakisobas. So when Yabu opened in Megamall's Atrium last November 2011, I wanted to see if the Katsus will live up to expectation.

It is a bit pricey with price ranging from 250 up to 500 pesos per meal/person. You can order the Katsu by gram so you can estimate how much you can finish.

But after the first bite from my Katsu, I forgot about the price. You really get what you pay for and more.
The meat was so tender and the breading was just right.

Authentic Japanese seasoning

They give you this to grind and you mix your choice of sauce in it

Katsu!

They even offer unlimited cabbage. :)

Yabu is located at the Atrium, SM Megamall Bldg. B

Summer is hotter with Banana Boat Sunscreen Lotion, Schick, & Nuffnang

My Ideal Nuffnang Summer is spending time with my family and close friends.

Whether it be out of town or just at home, I have fun as long as I spend it with my loved ones.

But one favorite activity during the summer of almost every Filipino is going to the beach. Philippines has one of the most beautiful beaches in the world that it is a shame if we Filipinos do not get to see and explore it. So part of my must-do things for this summer is go to new places/beaches in the Philippines that I have never been to.

And one of the most essential item to bring to make sure that we are protected from the sun is Banana Boat's Sunscreen Lotion. BANANA BOAT SUNSCREEN LOTION. WE'VE GOT YOU COVERED.
Banana Boat Sunscreen Lotion, We've got you covered.

Of course we also want to be flawless when we show off our bodies in the beach so do not also forget to bring Schick with you. Shaving with Schick doesn't feel like a chore. SCHICK, FREE YOUR SKIN.

Schick, free your skin
And after all the summer trips, I will make sure to update my blog to share my experiences with readers and with the Nuffnang community.
