Olympus TG-1 IHS Sample Pictures

I have owned 2 underwater cameras - the Lumix TS2 & the Fujifilm, both did not last me more than a year because the insides usually get wet (defeats the purpose of being an underwater camera, I know).  So I kind of gave up on buying these kinds of cameras.  Instead we stuck to our Canon 600D SLR. This was very useful to us in our travels and although bulky, the quality of pictures more than made up for its bulkiness.

But last Summer I realized I still wanted a rugged camera which I can take on swimming trips and fieldworks. So for my birthday this year, Mac bought me the new Olympus TG-1 IHS. I like it for all its nice to have extra features like the GPS, artsy and pop art modes, and the interchangeable camera lens.
