Fukuoka, Japan: One Prefecture at a time

We spent the Christmas Vacation in Japan. This time, we went to Fukuoka. 

Day 1: We arrived at the airport around 3pm. We decided to take a taxi to Tenjin where we will be staying as the airport is just 9km away. We paid around Php1,500 for the trip

First dinner in Japan is at Gyukatsu Motomura

Day 2: Zeke's day

• We went to all of Zeke's must-visit places starting with the Pokemon Center at Amu Plaza, Hakata Station
• Lalaport Mall where the Gundam Statue is
• Finished off the day at Fukuoka Tower

Since Christmas was days away, long lines at the only Pokemon Center in Fukuoka

The View at Fukuoka Tower was nice

Aside from photo places, there are also locks you can buy and put your initials on put it in the tower 

There was also a Christmas Market just across the tower. Waffles and Hot Choco are delicious

Day 3: Trip to Yufuin

We did not go in but they also have a trick art museum

Day 5: Travelled to Nagasaki for Huis Ten Bosch

Day 6: Kitakyushu Day Trip

This was an interactive museum. We really had fun

The highlight was the dinosaur show

Day 7: Uminonakamichi Seaside Park

Day 8: Last minute shopping and Ohori Park

As always, Japan still remains to be our favorite country to visit. Each trip brings new experiences.
